Changan Motors Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) has recently introduced the Changan Vital 5 After-Sales service as the company’s comprehensive car care program.
Changan claims that every Changan vehicle is built and field-tested to last at least 10 years. However, it recognizes that regular maintenance extends a car’s life. With its Vital 5 After-Sales service, CMPI’s comprehensive car care program covers its customers’ vital needs. Check out the following services under Vital 5:
Vital Sign 1: The Changan 5-Year Warranty – Changan ensures a 5-year or 150,000-km warranty. The coverage automatically starts once the vehicle is handed over to the customer.
Vital Sign 2: Changan Fastlane + ASAP60 – Changan’s revolutionary preventive maintenance service (PMS) cuts down on costs and complex procedures. With ASAP60, customers get two Certified Service Technicians to work on their car and finish the job in 60 minutes; otherwise, it will be free. During the first year (or first 20,000 km mileage), Preventive Maintenance LABOR is free. Customers only need to get their PMS appointments every 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. The service job covers regular PMS parts, lubes, and fluids replacement, and vehicle inspection items.
Vital Sign 3: 100% Maintenance Parts Availability – Changan gives a 100% assurance that maintenance parts are available or get them for free.
Vital Sign 4: Changan Pace-Setter – Changan provides free towing and roadside assistance.
Vital Sign 5: CAIA 24/7 Customer Care – Customers may inquire or book service appointments through Changan’s AI, CAIA (Changan Artificial Intelligence Agent) to connect to their 24/7 Technician and Parts Center. Customers may also chat with CAIA via its official Changan Motor Philippines Facebook page.
“We formulated the Vital 5 to give customers more reasons to trust Changan and our network of 33 dealers nationwide,” said CMPI President and CEO Ma. Fe Perez- Agudo. “Changan Vital 5 after-sales service brings to life Changan’s promise of lasting safety for our customers,” Agudo added.

Badong says:
This is my opinion only. First, resale value is important in buying a motor vehicle. We all know Made in China has questionable qualities. 2nd, if you buy Chinese automobiles you just helping the Chinese economy to flourish more thereby producing advance military hardware that they will use against us in WPS. Think about it. Be patriotic even if our president is pro Chinese.
