More than 2 weeks na lumipas wala parin yung refund ko walang kwenta customer service nyo sabi maximum of 10 working days lang yung refund ko grabe sobrang tagal na nga nun tapos wala pa rin aabutin pa ata ng 2018!!!! Tapos wala pang kahit ano na masabi yung customer service representative nyo!!!! Ok lang ang sagot!!!!

Converge should also disclose if these plans they are offering are being shared by how many subscribers/companies. True enough, 2 Mbps is fast if being used as dedicated internet by a single company with five to eight users. What if there are five to ten companies sharing with the same bandwidth?

Depende kung ilang devices at kung anung ginagawa sa internet. Up to 5 kung puro emails lang. pero kung may mga video streaming.. sa dalawa lang pwede pa.
