Disney+ with its price increase for Basic and Premium subscription plans are now live 25.
The former Mobile Plan is now the Basic Plan, is now adjusted Php249 a month or Php1,990 annually. This represents a Php90 bump (previously Php159) for monthly subscriptions and a steeper Php840 increase (previously Php1,150) for yearly plans.
With the new price, Basic Plan now offers Full HD (previously capped at HD) streaming and maximum device logins for up to 3 mobile devices (from one mobile device). However, concurrent streaming is still limited to one device.
Premium subscribers are hit even harder. The monthly cost jumps from Php369 to Php519, while the annual price tag climbs to a hefty Php4,190 (up from Php2,950).
To partially offset the sting, Disney+ is upping the max device logins to a generous 10 for Premium subscribers. However, just like before, concurrent streaming is still up to four screens.
Additionally, both plans also gain Dolby Atmos support.

New subscribers and those on month-to-month plans will see the new pricing reflected in their next bill. Existing annual subscribers, naturally, won’t face the increased cost until their next renewal.
