DITO has already started rolling out its Welcome Offer promo in Metro Cebu and Metro Davao, and along with it are more information about the new telco’s service including SIM card price and list of compatible devices.
The DITO SIM card is priced at PHP 40USD 0.68INR 58EUR 0.65CNY 5 and comes with 1GB of data valid for 7 days. Users can buy load credits via the DITO App or DITO retail partners.
As mentioned in our previous report, DITO’s Welcome Offer 11 comes with Unlimited Data, DITO to DITO Calls and Texts calls for only PHP 199USD 3INR 287EUR 3CNY 25, valid for 30 days. It is available from March 8 to 31, 2021, and is only available in the following areas:
• Metro Cebu – Carcar, Cebu City, Consolacion, Danao, Liloan, Mandaue, Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando & Talisay
• Metro Davao – Panabo, Tagum, Carmen, Davao City & Digos
DITO said that they will eventually launch their regular offers. Postpaid plans, as well as other data products and services, will soon be available as indicated on their website.
SIM cards can be purchased from DITO’s partner stores and online via the sign-up QR code found on the DITO Telecommunity Website. DITO has a list of partner stores here 12. Online store orders, on the other hand, have a delivery lead time of 3 to 5 days with free shipping.
As for compatible devices, DITO currently supports select VoLTE mobile phones. Check out their list below as of March 8, 2021:
