The Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and MetroExpress Connect, Inc. has announced that they have launched two new routes of the Premium Point-to-Point-Bus Service (P2P) connecting Alabang and two cities in Cavite.
The routes are:
1. Starmall Alabang-Vista Mall Daang Hari – Bacoor
2. Starmall Alabang – Dasmariñas
The new P2P routes will operate from 5 AM to 8 PM, with fixed schedule of trips that leaves every 15 minutes during peak hours and 30 minutes during off-peak hours regardless of passenger count.The Alabang-Bacoor route will have an introductory fare of Php50USD 0.85INR 72EUR 0.81CNY 6 (Php40USD 0.68INR 58EUR 0.65CNY 5 for students, senior citizens, and PWDs), while the Alabang-Dasmariñas route is at Php70USD 1INR 101EUR 1CNY 9 (Php56USD 0.95INR 81EUR 0.91CNY 7 for students, senior citizens, and PWDs).
The MetroExpress Connect premium buses also use a cashless system with reloadable Prime Tap cards. These buses are Euro 5 compliant air-conditioned Volvo buses equipped with free WiFi, 4 flat screen TVs, onboard radio, CCTV, and GPS. It also features four reclining seats per row with generous leg room and low floor entry with a retractable wheelchair ramp at the exit for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
