Epson offers M-Series printers as alternative to laser printers

Epson Philippines is introducing their M-Series of printers as a more economical alternative to laser printers.

For Php565USD 10INR 816EUR 9CNY 70 per bottle, the M-Series printer has an ultra-high yield of 6,000 pages, has a print speed of up to 34ppm (15ipm), similar to laser print-outs (the pigment-based ink of the Epson M-Series produces water-resistant and fade-resistant prints), and is energy efficient (lower energy consumption than conventional laser printers).

“The M-Series is Epson’s superior alternative to the laser printer. It offers laser quality prints, but it’s faster and far more economical,” said Epson Philippines Inkjet Product Manager, Russer Cabrera.

This is a better option for businesses that utilize laser printers for monochrome prints. However, this is not to say that Epson is abandoning its L-Series laser printers. The company will still carry the product line for customers who are not ready to transition to M-Series printers.

“We give the customers what they’re looking for. Once they’re ready to switch to the more cost efficient option, we will then help them with the M-Series printer perfect for their needs. In the meantime, Epson still has laser printers in their product lines,” clarified Cabrera.
