Epson Philippines has just launched its new headquarters (HQ) in Pasig City during its “Unlock the Future” event held today at the Exquadra Tower in Ortigas.
Present at the event were Epson Philippines Corporation President and Director Masako Kusama, Pasig City Vice Mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski Jr., Seiko Epson Corporation Representative Director Koichi Kubota, and Epson Southeast Asia Siew Jin Kiat.
Epson Philippines’ new HQ serves as the company’s new engineering and solutions center.
During the HQ launch, Epson highlighted its plan to “unlock the future” through its emphasis on sustainability and environmental consciousness.
In particular, Epson said that they are making a strong push to make the use of inkjet printers widespread over laser printers as a means to reduce the overall heat consumption in households, offices, and businesses.
Epson says that “heat-free” printing would yield lower power consumption, less replacement of parts, and more efficient printing.
During the event, Epson also launched its newest series of mid-range line head inkjet printers, namely the C4000, the C5000, and the C6000.
Epson also showcased its home theater projector, label maker, and other industrial printers for business during the HQ launch.
