Fitbit has just announced its latest fitness band for those wanting to keep track of their health.
The Fitbit Alta HR is the slimmest wrist-based, continuous heart rate tracking device in the market. It looks a lot alike its predecessor but with the added heart rate sensor that gives real-time measurements throughout the day along with a new feature that will help you more efficiently measure the calories you burn.
Apart from the new devices, Fitbit also unveiled an upgrade in sleep tracking with Sleep Stages. It uses motion and heart rate data to determine the sleep you get to allow you to have better sleeping habits. This is also coming to existing Blaze and Charge 2 devices.
Then, there’s also Sleep Insights that provides personalized guidance on how to improve your sleep for better overall health.
The band is now available for pre-sale on Fitbit.com for $149.95. It’ll arrive locally in the Philippine sometime in April or May 2017 for Php8,690. You may avail of additional bands starting at Php1,448 for the classic fitness bands, Php3,380 for Luxe Leather bands, and Php4,950 for Luxe Metal Bracelet. The Special Edition Alta HR in soft pink classic band with 22k rose gold plated tracker and black classic band with matte gunmetal tracker is priced at Php9,990.
