Globe offers service-free load and promo loans

In line with its mission to connect people amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Globe is waiving its service fee from borrowed prepaid load and promos to its qualified subscribers.

Globe and TM subscribers who already paid their previous borrowed load and promos could avail the offer until April 15, 2020. Those who have unsettled balances may opt for the emergency services, which includes PHP 5USD 0.09INR 7EUR 0.08CNY 0.62 for 5 MB of data or PHP 4USD 0.07INR 6EUR 0.06CNY 0.50 for three texts to Globe and TM subscribers plus PHP 1USD 0.02INR 1EUR 0.02CNY 0.12 worth of prepaid load.

They can register prepaid credits, as well as Globe and TM promos ranging from PHP 5USD 0.09INR 7EUR 0.08CNY 0.62 to PHP 50USD 0.85INR 72EUR 0.81CNY 6 through *143#. To borrow load and check the available load promos as well as emergency text and data services, just choose “Loans” for Globe or “Utang” for TM.

Subscribers will be notified via SMS if they have registered successfully for the program. The borrowed prepaid load and promo will only be deducted once they reload from Globe and TM prepaid loading channels.
