If you lost or damage your SIM card, Globe will offer to replace the old SIM with a new one (including a new number). However, if you want to retain your old number, Globe will ask for the following requirements: the old SIM (if available), the SIM card bed, and G-Cash card (if registered). The replacement SIM will be released after 24 hours.
Globe will also require you to fill out CSIM request forms and CRM notes for documentation purposes. Once done, you will undergo post-checking through Q and A to ensure compliance. There will also be a limit to allowable incorrect answers.

They’ll ask you questions like when’s the last time you loaded your prepaid sim, what promo did you registered in the last week.. amd they want detailed answers and I think it’s ridiculous in the sense that you’ll look like a fraud if you can’t answer their questions in detail..
I requested a sim change last month from ordinary to LTE sim, it’s free but they asked me questions and I told them I’m not good at memorizing but they still changed my sim..

Simple lang naman dapat gawin. Dapat personal ng magpunta ang owner ng sim and answer some relevant questions only the true owner can answer. Wag na nilang payagan ang pinakiusap lang. Yan kasi ang modus ng mga masasamang tao. Kunwari bf or gf or asawa etc. Wag na nilang payagan ang ganun.

If you would like to request for a new sim card with the same number , just bring a copy of 2 valid ID’s po and affidavit of loss.. Dapat po report agad within 2 months from the the time na nawala.
