In Google’s Made by Google event, the company has unveiled the second generation of its true wireless earbuds, the Pixel Buds.
The Pixel Buds offer 12 mm dynamic speaker drivers, with built-in sensors. It features a stabilizer arc, soft ear tips, a spatial vent, hands-free access to Google Assistant, touch-control, sweat and water resistance. Google has also stated that the Pixel Buds offer real-time translations, and can retain its Bluetooth even from three rooms away. The wireless earbuds are compatible with devices that have Bluetooth 4.0 and above. The buds come with wireless charging has that offers up to 24 hours of playtime, 5 hours on a single charge.
Google’s Pixel Buds come in four colors, namely Oh So Orange, Clearly White, Quite Mint, and Almost Black. It’s priced at USD 179 and will be available in the US by 2020.
