Google Pixel Slate now official

Google has announced a new notebook that features an aluminum body, 12.3-inch Molecular Display and powered by an 8th-gen Intel Core processor and Chrome OS, the Google Pixel Slate.

As for its features, the Pixel Slate boasts the new Chrome OS that offers a full desktop experience. It comes with Google Assistant, Automatic updates, built-in virus protection, and Titan Security.

For productivity, Google is offering the Pixel Slate Keyboard for $199 which requires no pairing or charging. It is backlit and features rounded hush keys, a trackpad, and a fully adjustable folio.

The Pixel Slate comes in multiple configurations:
• Intel Celeron, 4GB/8GB RAM, 32GB/64GB storage – from $599
• 8th-gen Core m3, 8GB RAM, 64GB storage – from $799
• 8th-gen Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage – from $999
• 8th-gen Core i7, 16GB RAM, 256GB storage – from $1,599

It will be available later this year in the Google Store for the US, Canada, and the UK.
