Google Play Pass to launch this week in the US

Google has announced that its Google Play Pass service will be launching in the US within the week.

Google Play Pass is Google’s new subscription service that grants users access to over 350 apps, all unlocked, ad-free, and no microtransactions. Play Pass has a wide library of apps, with more being added each month. It also features a Play Pass “ticket” on the regular Play Store to let users know which apps are unlocked on the Play Pass service.

The Play Pass subscription can be used by to up to five family members, with the Shared Passes independent of one another.

Play Pass will be available in the U.S. starting this week, with other countries to follow soon. Consumers may avail of the free 10-day trial. Subscriptions are priced at USD 4.99PHP 293INR 423EUR 5CNY 36 (~PHP 260USD 4INR 376EUR 4CNY 32) per month. There is also a limited offer of USD 1.99PHP 117INR 169EUR 2CNY 14 (~PHP 103USD 2INR 149EUR 2CNY 13) per month for the first year of subscription.
