Huawei is set to announce the Mate 10 this October and it is expected to run on the new HiSilicon Kirin 970.
Details of the Kirin 970 have been sparse but a recent report indicates that it will be running on an ARM Cortex A73 quad-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz paired with another Cortex A53 quad-core processor.
The GPU will also be a Mali-G72 MP8 which is an 8-core graphics processor. Support for LP-DDR4 RAM is included, Cat 12 LTE and Bluetooth 4.2 (and not Bluetooth 5.0).
The Huawei Mate 10 will be launched on October 16 in Munich, Germany.
