HMD Aura², silently revealed

HMD has quietly launched its newest entry-level smartphone and is branded as HMD Aura².

The HMD Aura² sports a display of 6.52-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits. The unit is powered by a UNISOC SC9863A processor and configured with 4GB of RAM and 256GB Storage, expandable via microSD.

The HMD Aura 2 packs a 5000mAh battery life with 10W support for charging. For cameras, the phone carries a 13MP Main Lens and a 5MP Selfie Shooter. This also features an IP54 rating making it resistant to splashes and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the side.

There’s no information yet about the phone’s availability on our local shores, but it’ll be available in Australia and priced at AUD169 (Php6,200USD 106INR 9,195EUR 102CNY 773).
