After a number of leaks, HTC today unveils its new flagship phone — the HTC 10. It sports a 5.2-inch QHD display, 12MP UltraPixel camera, and a Snapdragon 820 processor. Check out the full specs after the break.

Pricing is their make or break here. Too high and people will go for lower-priced alternatives from Samsung, Asus, Sony, etc.
I really love HTC phones as they make really good looking quality devices. Its just their marketing team sucks balls.
