Huawei has announced that it will be launching the Huawei Mate Xs, a foldable smartphone similar to the Huawei Mate X.
According to a report by Sohu, the Mate Xs’s design is identical to that of the Mate X. Instead of a Kirin 980 SoC, the Mate Xs is set to debut with a Kirin 990 SoC, built on a 7nm+ EUV process and integrated with a 5G modem. The Kirin 990 SoC was first launched in IFA 2019 last September. Apart from those details, Huawei has not yet shared any other key specs or features of the Mate Xs.
Huawei is set to launch the Mate Xs by March 2020. Stay tuned for more details.
