Huawei has officially announced the launch of the nova 11 Series.
The company posted a promotional poster showing the green colorway, patterned back shell of a certain nova 11 device.
The image also indicates the launch date of the mid-range series scheduled on April 17, 2023.
Apparently, that specific model follows the same rear layout as the nova 10 Pro which had a triple rear camera setup aligned vertically on a protruded module, and even curved sides.
A leaked render suggests that the vanilla nova 11 will have flat sides and flat screen with the same camera layout. Thus, the one shown on the poster might be the Pro model.
Speaking of the nova 11 Pro, it purportedly features a 108-megapixel camera which is a massive improvement than its predecessor (50MP).
Under the hood is said to be a flagship grade Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. However, like what we saw on the P60 Series (limited to 4G connectivity), expect no 5G capability here as well.
Additionally, the nova 11 Series is said to feature Huawei’s own XMAGE imagery technology aiming to enhance its camera capabilities.
Lastly, the 100W charging rate is said to be retained, and that the series will support two-way satellite SMS messaging.
We should know more details of the nova 11 Series at launch on April 17th at 2:30pm (Chinese local time). Stay tuned for more updates.
