Huawei has officially announced to launch its foldable smartphone called Huawei P50 Pocket in China on December 23.
The brand’s upcoming smartphone could come in two color options: White and Gold, based on the teaser shared on Weibo. While Huawei is yet to officially reveal details including the smartphone’s specs, the teaser suggests it could come with a familiar vertical folding design.
Moreover, various reports hint that this is likely to be the same smartphone that appears as Huawei Mate V, featuring a clamshell design similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip lineup and the Motorola Razr.
According to a report by XDAdevelopers, it could sport a 6.7-inch screen with either a Kirin 9000 chipset or Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood.
