The Infinix HOT 50 Pro has been announced this week. While it has similarities with the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+, the absence of the curved panel does stand out. Aside from that, it’s a bit thicker (7.4mm) and heavier at 190 grams.
It has a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that offers FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Plus, it doesn’t have Corning Gorilla Glass protecting the screen.
Powering the device is a Helio G100 octa-core processor. It has 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It also offers microSD card support up to 2TB.
For cameras, it has a 50-megapixel main paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The phone runs on XOS 14.5 based on Android 14. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging via USB Type-C as well. Other features include stereo speakers, an IP54 rating, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The HOT 50 Pro is available in Sleek Black, Glacier Blue, and Titanium Grey color options. We’ll update readers once we have pricing and availability details as it has yet to be announced.
In the meantime, readers can check out our first impressions on the Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ 54 instead.
