The iQOO Z9 Turbo Plus is now official as the newest addition to the iQOO Z9 smartphone line. Launched in China, it has a handful of changes in comparison to the iQOO Z9 Turbo 10 including its chipset, battery, etc.
The phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz and QHD+ resolution. Powering the device is a Dimensity 9300+, which takes the place of a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in the Z9 Turbo.
Optics include a 50-megapixel main camera paired with an 8-megapixel ultra wide at the rear. At the front, it’s equipped with a 16-megapixel shooter.
The phone runs on OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 out of the box. It also packs a 6,400mAh silicon-carbon battery, which promises up to 16.4 hours of video playback. It offers up to 80W of wired fast charging as well.
Connectivity features are identical to the non-plus variant, with the exception of an upgrade in Wi-Fi 7. Plus, it has an upgraded IP65 dust and water resistance rating.
