iQOO Z9 Turbo with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 50MP IMX882 launched

The iQOO Z9 Turbo just launched, powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and sports a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor.

The Z9 Turbo is slated to lead the Z9 series, featuring a vivo V30-reminiscent camera island and a plain white colorway.

The phone has a 6.72-inch OLED panel with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it runs on a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core chipset that clocks up to 3.0GHz.

This is paired with an Adreno GPU, coming with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

For cameras, the phone is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. It also has a 16MP front-facing selfie shooter up front.

The iQOO Z9 Turbo packs a large 6,000mAh battery with 80W of FlashCharge support via USB Type-C. This phone supports 5G, 4G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS for connectivity.

The phone runs OriginOS based on Android 14 out-of-the-box. Other features are inclusive of a large 6K VC liquid cooling tech and an X-axis linear motor for immersive vibration.

The smartphone’s available for CNY 1,999 (PHP 15.9K) for 12GB+256GB, CNY 2,299 (PHP 18.3K) for 16GB+256GB, CNY 2,399 (PHP 19K) for 12GB+512GB, and CNY 2,599 (PHP 20.6K) for 16GB+512GB.
