Kingston has recently announced its latest lineup of NVMe Gen 4.0, external USB 3.2 SSDs, Workflow Stations, and Workflow SD card readers.
The Kingston PCIe NVMe Gen 4.0 SSDs are the first of their kind. It utilizes the Gen 4.0 drive, with a maximum reading and writing speeds up to 7000MB/s. It is available in large capacities from 1TB up to 4TB and has 8-channels.
Meanwhile, the Kingston NV series are entry-level NVMe SSDs with a maximum capacity of up to 2TB.
The Kingston XS2000, on the other hand, are external USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2 SSDs that can store photos, videos, and other files. Its capacity ranges from 500GB to 2TB and has a USB Type-C 1 interface that transfers data sup to 2,000MB/s.
Kingston’s last storage product is the Data Center 1500M, an enterprise-grade U.2 NVMe SSD. As an update to its predecessor, the Kingston Data Center 1500M supports a wide range of data-intensive workloads, including cloud computing, web hosting, and virtual infrastructures.
Another new product from Kingston is the Workflow series designed for content creators. It comes in two products: the Workflow Station dock and Workflow SD card readers.
The Workflow Station has a file offload set up that allows the transfer of videos, photos, and audio files from multiple sources simultaneously. It supports hubs and readers with USB-A and USB-C inputs, as well as speeds of USB 3.2.
Meanwhile, the versatile Workflow SD and microSD card readers allow users to use it on-the-go with the included USB-C cable. Weighing at just 31g, the Workflow SD card readers support UHS-I and UHS-II microSD cards.
A two-year warranty backs the Workflow Station and Readers with free technical support.
Kingston is yet to reveal its global pricing and availability.
