The management of Lazada Philippines has issued a statement regarding the flash sale of the Lenovo Vibe Shot that happened early this week.
On January 25, 2016, Monday, we published an article about the Lenovo Vibe Shot going on sale at Lazada for just Php8,888USD 151INR 12,840EUR 144CNY 1,103 with a free 5,000mAh power bank. The initial sale date was January 26, Tuesday, but we were informed afterwards that it was moved to January 27, Wednesday. We have updated the article to reflect the change.
On January 26, Tuesday, Lazada made another change in the schedule in short notice, moving the sale back from January 27 to January 26, Tuesday, 6PM. The news about the change came to us just an hour before the actual sale went live. We have then updated the article again and promoted the sale on our social media accounts.
This has caused confusion among our readers which prompted us to reach out to Lazada Philippines for clarification. Their message below as sent via e-mail:
Lazada would like to express its sincerest apologies to the readers and followers of Yugatech.com for the miscommunication on the flash sale schedule of the Lenovo Vibe Shot.
We deeply regret the confusion it has brought and we wish to assure everyone that providing an effortless shopping experience remains to be a top priority for Lazada.
We thank Yugatech, its readers, and followers for continuously supporting Lazada and rest assured that we are actively taking steps to further strengthen our partnership.
Lazada shall be providing an exclusive offer to the readers and followers of Yugatech. Thank you very much for your continued support to both Yugatech and Lazada.

Friends and i are very disappointed of this short notice. As we kept on waiting for 2 days that this phone will become available in lazada website. And even in their mobile app hoping that they will up this phone for another sale. Ty

lazada_lenovo_sucks says:
classic bait and switch tactic.. it’s very obvious that they do not want to sell a lot of this phone as it will be a major loss for lenovo.. i’m very sure lazada and lenovo connived at the expense of us buyers again.. shame on them!

True that!

ang panget dun di nila sinabi na tapos na yung sale na 8,888 kaya yung iba nag aabang from 27 to 28.
Easy E says:
Wala naman talagang difference ang isang araw na pagitan ng flash sale. Yung urong-sulong na adjustment sa dates ng flash sale ay nakakaduda. Sino may sala? hehe

I bought their tv sale instead. But I still hope they make it up.
Keld3 says:
Don’t buy from Lazada. If you are unlucky and received a defective unit from them you won’t get a refund from your purchased item even after validating the return. Everytime you call them they will promise to process your request within 24 to 48 hrs, promises that will go in vein. Months have passed and still no refund albeit the item is with them already. #lazadaisascam
RDVG says:
This is so true. I returned a defective item last December 2015. I filled out the return form and provided details for refund via bank transfer. However, they gave me a refund voucher instead. I emailed them five times requesting that they process my refund to what i have stated in the submitted return form which is via bank transfer. I also called their sh**ty customer service hoping that it will finally resolve my concern yet till now i haven’t received any emails from them.
