Lenovo has just announced its most premium Legion gaming laptop so far with the new Lenovo Legion 9i.
In a blog post, Lenovo shared that it is the first gaming laptop that features an integrated liquid-cooling system that was co-engineered with Cooler Master. This in turn is said to allow it to output a max of 230W TDP.
The laptop is also said to be AI-tuned with a triple-fan air-cooling system with 6,333 individual intake vents and features the Lenovo LA-2 AI chip to sync the Legion Spectrum RGB strips around the laptop and on the per-key RGB keyboard.
It features the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU.
There’s also the option for either 64GB of 5600Mhz dual-channel DDR5 RAM or a faster 32GB 6400Mhz DDR5 dual-channel RAM while being able to come with up to 2TB of PCIe storage.
The display itself is a 16-inch panel with the highest option being a Lenovo PureSight 3.2K Mini-LED 16:10 display with a 165Hz variable refresh rate.
Other features include the largest battery allowed on a laptop at 99.99Whr with a 330W slim adapter or the 140W USB-C power adapter on which both are included in the box, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.3.
