The Lenovo Legion Y700 10, which was a China release last year, is finally coming to global markets. Simply dubbed as the Lenovo Legion Tab, it will soon be available in ‘select markets’ in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia.
It sports an 8.8-inch Quad HD+ IPS LCD panel with support for 144Hz refresh rate. This is a relatively small screen whereas gaming controls would be much easier as compared to the majority of bigger-sized tablets.
On top of that, it has the capability to connect with a mouse and keyboard combo through its dual USB-C port options. This certainly gives an edge for first-person shooter games.
Powering this tablet is a two-year old Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 paired with its oversized vapor chamber called Lenovo ColdFront: Vapor. It is configured with 12GB RAM and 256GB expandable storage.
Battery-wise, it packs a 6550mAh unit with support for 45W wired charging. While it has dual USB-C ports, charging using both ports simultaneously is not possible.
As for cameras, it has a humble dual camera system comprising of a 13-megapixel main and 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, it has an 8-megapixel shooter at the front.
