LanSchool by Lenovo recently made its cloud-based classroom management software, LanSchool Air, available for schools in the Philippines.
According to Lenovo, LanSchool provides leading classroom management software over the past 30 years in over 75 countries.
LanSchool Air helps teachers connect with students within a digital space to create more meaningful online experiences, both in the classroom and remotely.
Some features include monitoring and protecting student devices, enabling communication and screen sharing, and device management for a more in-class experience.
“For the past year, LanSchool has helped educators maintain education continuity during the pandemic with our cloud-based classroom management software,” said Michael Ngan, Lenovo Philippines President and General Manager.
Schools across The Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific have already adopted the self-hosted version of the software, LanSchool Classic. Available in various languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Korean, Hebrew, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Serbian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Indonesian, and Brazilian Portuguese.
The addition of the new cloud-based LanSchool Air, provides flexibility and reduces management overhead as schools scale, accelerate the adoption of new technology, and continue to incorporate distance learning into their teaching models.
“2020 was an unprecedented year in education. Remote learning quickly moved from being a futuristic option to a necessity for schools,” said Rich Henderson, Director of Global Education Solutions in Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group.
A free, 30-day trial of LanSchool Air is available for schools that may be interested in learning more.
