LG Electronics has added two new models for the ProBeam lineup, the BU60PST, and BF60PST.
As per LG, their projectors are ideal for use in diverse settings that include, corporate, retail, hospitality, or education. LG’s ProBeam is designed to deliver premium-level projection solutions for professional environments, and both new projectors provide improved brightness and high resolution.
The model BU60PST delivers a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) image at a maximum of 300 inches, which is approximately four times the clarity of WUXGA (1920 x 1200) the resolution offered by many business projectors in the market according to LG.
Moreover, the laser light source in both ProBeam models is rated for 20,000 hours, approximately four times longer than projectors with conventional lamps. With support for HDR10, both BU60PST and BF60PST can reproduce HDR content as it was meant to be seen, with exceptionally deep blacks and rich, dynamic, colors.
Like their predecessors (models BU50NST and BF50NST), LG’s latest ProBeam solutions are equipped with features perfect for business meetings and conferences according to LG.
Users can connect either of the new projectors directly to a company or conference facility network via wired or wireless connection. Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel files can be opened directly from a USB device thanks to the built-in Office viewer. Finally, both support screen sharing and screen mirroring to easily project from devices running Windows or Android operating systems.
LG’s new 2021 ProBeam models will be available starting in the second quarter in North America, followed by other key markets in Europe and Asia.
