LG V20 Android 8.0 update rolling out in South Korea

The LG V20 finally receives its Android 8.0 rollout in South Korea. The brand’s previous V flagship has been running on Nougat since its release. You can read our review of it here.

The models receiving the update are the F800L, F800K, and F800S. The update is over 1.6GB and can now be downloaded via FOTA. If you have any of the mentioned models but live outside South Korea, you can update your V20 here . LG usually start their OS updates in South Korea before releasing it globally.

So expect that Philippine units will soon have their own updates. Although, LG Philippines has yet to formally announce its availability. You can find the changelog here.
