Even with recent news concerning their status in the smartphone race 29, the company has debuted the Meizu 21 Pro.
This is the company’s last smartphone launch before refocusing on another industry. As an improvement from the Meizu 21, this model comes with better display, battery life, and a telephoto camera.
The Meizu 21 Pro comes with a 6.79-inch AMOLED display at a resolution of 3192 x 1368. It’s also an LTPO panel with 1,250 nits of peak brightness and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. In comparison, the Meizu 21 only has a 6.55-inch FHD+ display.
Camera-wise, the Meizu 21 Pro has a 50MP main camera paired with a 10MP telephoto camera that offers 3X optical zoom and 30X digital zoom. The setup also has a 13MP ultrawide lens with a depth sensor for better autofocus capabilities.
The main camera sensors are exclusive for this variant of the Meizu 21. Additionally, the display screen also has a 32MP selfie camera.
This model runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. For battery, the phone features a 5050mAh cell, which is slightly higher than the non-Pro model. It also supports 50W wireless charging and 80W wired charging.
The Meizu 21 Pro has an IP68 rating, in comparison to the Meizu 21’s IP54 rating. Color options consist of Black, Blue, Green, and White. The phone is open for sales on March 2, currently available now in China for the price of CNY 5,000PHP 40,305USD 687INR 58,214EUR 654 (PHP 39,088.39USD 666INR 56,467EUR 634CNY 4,851).
