More reward points can now be earned using beep Card

For a limited time, beep Card users can now earn more reward points which can be exchanged for load, QR transport tickets, and other special promos via the beep mobile app.

AF Payments Inc., the consortium behind the beep cashless payment, has introduced new reward points system:
• Every PHP 1 spent using beep card = 1 point
• 200 points = PHP 10

beep Card transactions include payments on uses, PUVs, convenience stores, select retail and food establishments, and railway transits, namely LRT1, LRT2, and MRT3. 200 points will be the minimum requirement to redeem rewards, it also means that rewards may only be redeemed by multiples of 200.

Take note that only registered cards on the beep mobile app are eligible to earn reward points. Users may download the beep app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then setup an account using a mobile number via one-time-PIN (OTP). From there, users may add their beep cards (up to five cards can be added), register them with beep Rewards, and start earning reward points.

On the app, users may convert the reward points into beep load or to a beep QR ticket. To redeem beep load, tap on the medal icon at the bottom screen, choose a card to redeem its points. Claim the load via the beep e-load stations (they can be mostly found on railway stations), or by directly tapping the card to an NFC-enabled phone.

Otherwise, users may also convert reward points to beep QR ticket which they can use to aboard beep accepting PUV operators. On the Rewards page, select the preferred operator, route, and origin station. QR tickets only have a validity of 24 hours from successful redemption.

If creativity and wit sometimes leave JM's system, watching films, anime and a good stroll for memes are his approved therapeutic claims.
