One of the few devices that entered the Android Pie beta program was HMD Global’s Nokia 7 Plus. Now, it looks like the phone is primed and ready for the update next month.
As of writing, the Nokia 7 Plus is now in the final stages of the beta program. According to Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas, it will be receiving a stable version of Android 9.0 come September. They’ve also promised that other devices will follow suit in the coming months. It’s projected that the Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 6.1 might get the update by the end of the year.
