After a frenzy of tease and leaks, OnePlus officially launches the OnePlus 11 on Wednesday, January 4. But it’s released for China in the meantime.
The brand’s newest flagship checks all the previously expected specifications, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a triple camera system with Sony lenses and Hasselblad tuning. As well as a 120Hz 6.7-inch display, 5,000 mAh battery, and up to 100W fast charging. And of course, the comeback of the Alert Slider.
OnePlus China President Li Jie considers the launch a success so far. Li shared via Weibo that the OnePlus 11 broke the fastest pre-sale records in all of OnePlus’s history. “This makes us more convinced that as long as we do a good job, we can get more user support,” said Li.
Li also practically stated as a reply to a user on Weibo that there won’t be a Pro variant for OnePlus 11. The texts were in Chinese though, so the discourse can get lost in translation.
