Oppo is gearing up to introduce a new addition to its A-series, the OPPO A98 5G. Fans can already catch a glimpse of its key features on the brand’s Philippine website 23.
The upcoming model highlights a 120Hz 6.72-inch Full HD+ display and Snapdragon 695 underneath. A triple camera setup with 64-megapixel main, and a 40x ‘microlens’ which has 2-megapixel resolution.
It packs a standard 5000mAh battery paired with 67W charging.

Oppo has yet to reveal the upcoming model’s pricing. It is already released in Malaysia, though, priced at MYR 1,399 or about PHP 17K (direct conversion) in today’s rates.
Furthermore, the company’s newest entry-level phone, the OPPO A38 29 just came out last week. So, we can expect a new release in the coming weeks.
