The OPPO Watch X has been priced and silently released in the Philippines. It’s odd considering that this feels like one of the brand’s highest rated smartwatches to date.
The watch has a 47-millimeter dial, 1.43-inch AMOLED screen, and a polished stainless steel body. It’s also protected by 2.5D Sapphire Glass and features a working dial and quick-action button.
Powering the wearable is a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor. It runs on Google’s Wear OS 4 with Google Apps integrated seamlessly into the watch.
Readers should take note that the watch is only compatible with devices running on Android 8.0 and higher. It’s not compatible with iOS or Android Go, either.
Wrapping up specs, the OPPO Watch X packs a 500mAh battery. It can run up to 100 hours on smart mode. Power-conscious users or those that forget to charge can use it for up to 12 days in battery saving mode.
Charging isn’t really an issue either, as users can get 100% of power after an hour plugged in. Considering how long it lasts, we infer that 10-20 minutes should be good for more than a day of use.
The OPPO Watch X is priced at PHP 18,999. However, readers could get it for cheaper through vouchers online.
The watch is also bundled with the OPPO Reno12 5G and OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G 13. If you’re interested, you can save up to PHP 3,000 for both a smartphone and the smartwatch together.
Feel free to check out OPPO’s official stores in Lazada 41 or Shopee 25 for more details.
