Pasig City to give Php3k to all PUV drivers

Pasig City will be giving financial assistance to PUV drivers affected by the community quarantine.

Pasig City mayor Vico Sotto tweeted that PUV drivers, including jeepney drivers, tricycle drivers, and UV drivers, will be receiving financial assistance of PHP 3,000USD 51INR 4,334EUR 49CNY 372. According to Pasig City’s estimation, they will be providing 18,500 drivers for a total of PHP 55.5USD 0.95INR 80EUR 0.90CNY 7 million.

The distribution of financial assistance is scheduled and will begin on Monday, March 30, 2020.
