PinoyExchange is closing down

After more than two decades (24 years to be exact), PinoyExchange is finally closing down. The online forum is one of the first and oldest running website in the Philippines, alongside the likes of Yehey, ABS-CBN’s PinoyCentral, and Tsinoy.com.

PinoyExchange (PEx) is an online forum where users “Connect and Converse” by reacting and expressing their opinions on the latest local and international news, updates on showbiz, sports, gadgets, travel and other hot and interesting topics.

More commonly called PEx, is home to many Filipinos in the early days of the Internet in the Philippines. PEx was one of the biggest, if not the biggest, websites in the country. It was the golden age of UGC (user-generated content).

The announcement to close the forum was made early today in this short statement on their website.
