In his digital age and artificial intelligence, why do you need to call them for the upgrade to take effect? They are EXISTING subscribers di ba? May listahan naman sila ng sinisingil nila buwan buwan 🙄
Edward says:
Figures PLDT would screw the people who are on a lower plan and, who don’t even get the mbps they were promised. PLDT is a very poor provider for internet. Going to cancel in a couple months, after the contract ends. PLDT has very very poor service. Even when it’s their fault you have no internet, they will fight tooth, hand and nail to get the full monthly bill.
Annalyn Panday says:
For those subscribers na naka pag fully paid n ng modem at landline phone, laging walang internet. Kapag di k nag pa gawa ng Repair Ticket e, babayaran mo ang days na wala kang internet. Napaka hassle waiting in line at pag pila s mga PLDT offices nila.Lalo n s San Pedro Laguna, napaka lousy ng Customer Service Representative. Yung guard n nga ang nag a assist s mga subscribers nila.
Ganito ang treatment nila s ibang subscribers para i give up ang slot nila, fully paid naman n ang lock in period n 24 months amounting to 3,600 pesos n naka top up s monthly bill. Kapag nag give up n ang subscribers, bibigay nila s iba ang slot at another benta ng 3,600 lock in 24 months period para s Landline phone at modem

PLDT should make it easier to upgrade their speed. Looking at their website, you need to fill up a form and attach photos of your ID. What a hassle! Pwede naman dun sa user portal nila. Baka hindi kaya ng system.

People should wake up now and think smart, because PLDT is not the right ISP for you. They only provide ” Fast ” billing notifications and the rest? well, see for yourselves ladies and gents.
Nestor says:

They confirmed na 200Mbps padin ang speed. Then the CS redirected me to another dept to align daw yung speed. Then ayun, provide lang account no, account holder’s name, saka registered contact details. Upon checking, nasa around 280 – 320Mbps na yung speed test ko. Though nagtataka rin ako bakit hindi automatic yung upgrade ng speed. haha
