PLDT Home has rolled out an online booking appointment service that is accessible through their PLDT Home website, for more convenient customer service.
The online booking appointment service provides existing subscribers and interested applicants the convenience to schedule an in-store or virtual appointment with a PLDT store representative. Customers can arrange for an online one-on-one meeting with store personnel at their preferred PLDT store location when applying for a new PLDT Home Fibr line, or requesting for an upgrade and reporting after-sales service concerns.
In ensuring that customers’ concerns are addressed in a safe space, PLDT Home developed its Store Online Meeting service giving better customer sales and after-sales services online.
To make an appointment for the PLDT Store Online Meeting service, follow these steps:
1. Visit the PLDT Home website (pldthome.com 20).
2. Click the “Book an Appointment” tab located on the right side of the page.
3. Select your preferred PLDT store/branch.
4. Select a service (virtual or in-store appointment).
5. Select the preferred date and time.
After these steps, customers can talk to PLDT store personnel who can assist them with their PLDT Home Fibr application, account upgrades, and other concerns.
