The POCO website is shutting down 47 on December 31st, 2024. This includes all their global sites in the UK, France, etc. For those worried, this does not indicate that Xiaomi’s sub-brand is unsuccessful.
The photo above is a screenshot from their global website. Starting October 21st, 2024 onwards, POCO’s products, services, and sales support will be found on Xiaomi’s official website 53 instead.
Further, all records (purchase, customer service, POCO Points) and loyalty programs will be migrated to Xiaomi’s platform as well. If any customers are concerned for existing coupons, they will be reissued before December 12th, 2024. Users don’t need to take action during the migration process.
In addition, the POCO Store app will no longer work after December 31st. This move indicates that even though POCO has been recognized as a standalone brand, Xiaomi’s ecosystem remains prevalent.
What do you guys think about this move from Xiaomi to consolidate their online presence? Is the POCO website shutting down good for the brand?

Jomar Pasia says:
Good move by Xiaomi.
Mike Smith says:
I am still using a Poco F3 which is an absolutely great phone, I shall only change it when the battery demands it but it’s still showing at 88% capacity which, for a 3 year old phone, is an excellent result. I shall almost certainly stay loyal to the brand but aligning it more closely with Xiaomi is only going to be a good thing. People that don’t know tend to poke fun at the name, so making more people aware that it is in fact a Xiaomi can only help to raise awareness that it is in fact a quality product at a highly affordable price.
