The realme GT 7 Pro is making its global launch this month on November 18th. This was confirmed via X by realme Vice President Chase Xu.
This announcement makes this the first device equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip to make its global debut. Notably though, it’s only one day ahead of the upcoming ROG Phone 9, which is launching on November 19th.
The device sports one of the market’s brightest displays with 6,000 nits. In detail, it’s a 6.78-inch Samsung Eco2 OLED Plus display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
For imaging capabilities, it has triple-rear cameras led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 main with OIS. This is complemented by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 telephoto and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra wide.
At the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Plus, it also features the world’s first underwater photography mode. This is achieved by the device’s IP69 and IP68 water resistance rating.
Wrapping up, the phone packs a massive 6,500mAh battery with 120W of SUPERVOOC fast charging support. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IR Blaster.
Of course, we expect storage configurations for the global variant to be different. For reference, the Chinese variant is available with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
The realme GT 7 Pro will be available in Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey, with its White variant exclusive to China. We’ll update readers should the device be available in the Philippines. We’re optimistic about its release here since we were able to review the realme GT 6 11 a few months ago.
