realme P1 and realme P1 Pro launching in India on April 15th

The realme P1 and realme P1 Pro 24 are launching in India, coined as the P-series on April 15th.

The series will target the midrange market, with realme VP Chase Xu noting that they’re offering premium smartphones with value-for-money.

The realme P1 is set to have a curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will also have a peak brightness of 2,000 nits and TUV Rheinland certification against eye strain for prolonged uses.

The P1 is set to have a Dimensity 7050 chipset and VC cooling system to prevent overheating during intense tasks. The phone will also feature 45W fast charging, a Rainwater Touch feature, and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone will also feature 5G connectivity.

Meanwhile, the realme P1 Pro has the same 120Hz curved AMOLED display peaking at 2,000 nits. It also has the same TUV Rheinland certification to fend off eye strain in consistent use.

However, the realme P1 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. The device will have the same cooling system to prevent heating up for prolonged usage.

The P1 Pro will also have 45W fast charging support, the same Rainwater Touch feature, and an IP65 rating against dust and water. It will also have 5G connectivity.

realme is set to launch the P-series smartphones next week, with the realme P1 priced below INR 15,000 (PHP 10,182.68). As for the realme P1 Pro, it should be available for less than INR 20,000 (PHP 13,576.90).
