Live photos of what seems to be Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S20+, have surfaced online.
From a report by XDA Developers, the live photos were sent by an anonymous source. Looking at the images, the Galaxy S20+ will have a display that has slim bezels and a centered hole-punch camera. On the rear, the device is set to have a rectangular camera setup with 4 lenses, a flash, and what looks to be a microphone hole housed in it. The photo also shows the power button and the volume rocker placed on the right side of the handset. According to the report, the source also mentioned that the S20+ has a flat display and not a curved glass one.
Several rumors have been floating around that Samsung will be naming their next flagship lineup as the S20 series instead of the S11 series. The lineup is reported to have three models, namely the standard Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the premium S20 Ultra. The devices are also rumored to have Snapdragon 865 and/or Exynos 990 and will have 4G and 5G variants.
Samsung’s Unpacked 2020 event is set to happen on February 11. Stay tuned for more official details.
