Asif Shaik over at mysmartprice has posted the full specs of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S20 5G, S20 Plus 5G, and S20 Ultra 5G.
Starting with the top of the line variant, it’s reported that the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is said to sport a 6.9-inch WQHD+ (3200×1440) Dynamic AMOLED display running at 120Hz. Powering the phone is an Exynos 990 chipset with up to 512GB of storage. For the cameras, the S20 Ultra 5G is reported to have a 108MP main wide shooter, a 48MP telephoto camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, and ToF back cameras. At the front, a single 40MP wide front camera is situated inside Samsung’s Infinity-O design. Powering the phone is a massive 5,000mAh battery.
Moving over to the Galaxy S20 Plus 5G, Asif’s report shows that it has a smaller 6.7-inch WQHD+ (3200×1440) Dynamic AMOLED display also running at 120Hz. Powering the device is an Exynos 990 chipset with up to 128GB of storage. The S20 Plus 5G has a 12MP main wide camera, a 64MP telephoto camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and ToF back cameras. At the front sits a single 10MP camera housed in Samsung’s Infinity-O design. Powering the device is a smaller 4,500mAh battery.
Lastly, the smallest of the three is the Galaxy S20 5G, which has a 6.2-inch WQHD+ (3200×1440) Dynamic AMOLED display running at 120Hz. It’s also equipped with Samsung’s Exynos 990 chipset with 128GB storage. The S20 5G only has three rear cameras: a 12MP main wide, 64MP telephoto, and a 12MP ultra-wide. The front camera also has a 10MP resolution situated in Samsung’s Infinity-O design. Powering the S20 5G is a 4,000mAh battery.
All three models will continue to have a dedicated Micro SD with support up to 1TB, IP68 water resistance, and will come with One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box. Stay tuned for Samsung’s Unpacked 2020 event on February 11 for more official details.
