Samsung officially announces the Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition in South Korea, boasting the thinnest and lightest build yet of a Samsung foldable.
It now measures 10.6 mm when folded and weighs 236 grams, about 1.5 mm thinner and 3 grams lighter than the regular Galaxy Z Fold6. In its unfolded state, it measures a mere 4.9 mm thin.
Another notable change is the camera boost: the primary camera jumps to 200-megapixels (up from 50-megapixel) with optical image stabilization support.
The rest of the camera setup remains the same with a 12-megapixel ultrawide plus 10-megapixel telephoto and two selfie cameras with a 10-megapixel at the cover screen and a 4-megapixel sensor hidden under the main display.
Its wireless charging also gets slightly faster at 15W (previously, 10W).
