Select Lenovo devices now come with 3-Year Premium Care service

Starting July 1 onwards, select Lenovo devices will be covered for three years with Premium Care’s International Coverage and Local On-site Service. Additionally, those with existing warranties may be upgraded to get Lenovo’s Premium Care. 

Lenovo’s Premium Care is honored internationally, with the following customer services:

• 24×7 access to Lenovo’s technicians via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp
• Comprehensive hardware, peripherals, and software support
• On-site repair
• Getting started and How to assistance
• Annual PC Health Check

The following devices will be covered with the 3-Year Premium Care service:

• Yoga Slim 7/7i
• Yoga C940
• IdeaPad Gaming 3/3i
• IdeaPad Centre AiO 3
• Legion 5/5i
• Legion 5pi
• Legion 7i
• Legion Tower 5i
• IdeaCentre 3
• IdeaCentre Gaming 5i

Those who wish to extend their warranties may head to their nearest Lenovo or Legion Concept Store or Lenovo authorized reseller and provide the device’s model name, serial number, and the customer’s name and email address to register the new warranty.

The 2-Year Premium care extension to 3-Year Premium care costs PHP 5,300USD 90INR 7,656EUR 86CNY 658 while upgrading from Lenovo’s 2-Year Carry-in Warranty to the 3-Year Premium Care Warranty solution costs PHP 9,100USD 155INR 13,146EUR 148CNY 1,129. Users may extend their warranties up until six months before their outstanding warranty.
