Select Power Mac Center, The Loop branches now accepting device repairs

A number of Power Mac Center (PMC) and The Loop stores will now accept devices for repair.

Retail drop-off service will be available for all Apple users in the Philippines who bought devices from PMC and other stores, whether they’re still in or out of warranty.

In particular, Mobile Care Service Centers will accept these devices:

  • iPhone 7 series or later
  • MacBook Air early 2015 model or later
  • MacBook Pro 2017 model or later
  • iMac 2017 model or later

To avail of the service, you will have to show a proof of purchase for validation. Customers will also be asked to back up or migrate files beforehand, remove all accessories and personal information, disable all security passwords, deactivate FindMy, and provide their own packaging (preferably the original box).

After the repair, the device will be delivered directly to the customer’s chosen address.

Power Mac Center drop-off locations will include these branches:

  • Robinsons Ilocos Norte
  • SM City Tuguegarao
  • Robinsons Tuguegarao
  • Robinsons La Union
  • SM City Urdaneta Central
  • SM City Pampanga
  • Harbor Point
  • Vista Mall Bataan
  • SM City Fairview
  • SM City San Lazaro
  • SM City Sta. Rosa
  • SM City San Pablo
  • SM City Bacoor
  • SM City Dasmariñas
  • Fora Mall
  • SM City Batangas
  • SM City Lipa
  • SM City Lucena
  • SM City Daet
  • SM City Legazpi
  • SM City Sorsogon
  • SM City Puerto Princesa
  • SM City Roxas in the Visayas
  • Robinsons Iligan in Mindanao

For The Loop, these branches will serve as drop-off locations:

  • Xentro Mall Vigan
  • SM City Baguio
  • SM Center Dagupan
  • SM City Calamba
  • D’Mall Boracay in the Visayas;
  • SM City General Santos in Mindanao

More stores may also be added in the future. Meanwhile, Mobile Care Service Centers that will offer full-service repairs can be found at The Annex at SM City North EDSA, SM City Marikina, Northeast Square Greenhills, The Podium, Glorietta 5, S Maison, Festival Alabang, SM City Clark, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Festive Walk Mall Iloilo, Abreeza Mall, KCC Mall de Zamboanga, and Limketkai Center in Cagayan de Oro.
