Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, both Shopee and Lazada will be suspending a majority of their logistics operations.
In line with the recent government directive, Shopee will suspend the majority of its logistics operations. As a result, Shopee is advising its shoppers that all delivery dates for existing orders will be delayed. Other services, including their service channels, in-app games, and engagement features, will still be available for users.
Lazada will also be closing down most of their logistics operations; however, their grocery service LazMart will continue to run. For the safety of both the staff and customers, Lazada has suspended the cash on delivery payment option for selected services. The Lazada website and app will still be operational while under quarantine.
