Starting April 30, 2023, Shopee will no longer accept GGives & GCredit as payment options.
Regular GCash payments will remain in Shopee while GGives and GCredit will remain available at other GCash partner stores.
According to GCash’s FAQ portal 15, previous purchases in Shopee using GCredit and GGives will still be valid and active. You will still need to pay the loans via GCash App.
For those who wish to receive a refund for any pending or canceled order purchased using GGives or GCredit on Shopee, GCash recommends contacting Shopee’s customer service for refunds regarding canceled or unsuccessful orders.
