SKY sets health guidelines for its maintenance teams

As the company continues to provide technical assistance amid the pandemic to its subscribers, SKY recently shared its health guidelines for its maintenance teams.

SKY technicians who will be deployed are required to wear personal protective equipment and decontaminate before and after their visits. Each service team will be provided with a face mask, disposable surgical gloves, and safety shoes plastic protection. Before and after fulfilling a job order, each team member should wash their hands and step on a footbath basin to disinfect their shoe soles.

SKY representatives will need to set an appointment first with the subscribers before sending a technical team. Subscribers are also reminded to practice physical distancing when Sky technicians visit their homes.

To further guarantee the protection of customers and service technicians, SKY is also encouraging everyone to maximize the company’s digital platforms, such as the mySKY app, for common transactions. They may also find minor technical issues and troubleshooting guides can easily be accessed here .
